All products purchased in our Shop are covered by a two-year warranty of Manufaktura MMS. It covers hidden technical defects that appeared during the warranty period.
If you notice any disturbing symptoms during use, we recommend that you prepare a photographic documentation of the product and its defects, describing the cause of the complaint. It will also be helpful to prepare a confirmation of purchase and provide all this information to the seller.
The defective product should be sent back to our contact address together with the confirmation of purchase. We will process your complaint within fourteen days.
In case of a justified complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with a good quality product and sent back to you. If we are unable to repair or replace it, you will receive a refund.
