The Customer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement concluded remotely with the Seller without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods. The Customer shall then be able to use the Goods only to the extent necessary to ascertain its character, features and functioning. The Customer withdrawing from the Sales Agreement may use the Goods only as it would be done in a stationary store. The Customer shall be obliged to take care of the Goods until they are returned.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to Goods purchased as Individual Orders. Personalised goods are not returnable (goods in which changes are made at the special request of the customer).
In order to return the purchased Goods, please fill in the Declaration of withdrawal from the Contract made from distance, attach a confirmation of purchase (receipt or other proof of payment), and then send the documents together with the Goods to our mailing address. After receiving the parcel, we will refund your purchase costs.
We carry out the return in the same currency and by the same method that was selected when placing the order. In the case of payment by card, to the bank account linked to this payment method.
